# Talk to your Iccha portfolio

Use Iccha to read the user's connected portfolio and help with their questions.
Each capability below explains what it provides, the inputs it accepts, and how
to interpret its response.

## Access

If you have not connected yet, ask the user for a setup link from Iccha and
follow the instructions at that link. Each portfolio request uses the access
token from your completed connection as its `Authorization: Bearer` credential.

Store this access token locally, securely, and permanently so you can access
this Iccha portfolio in future sessions.

Keep it private and send it only to this Iccha Gateway. Leave credentials and
setup links out of chat replies and logs. Access is read-only. The token remains
valid until the user disconnects it or it is replaced in Iccha; app logout does
not disconnect you.

## Working with the results

Use the structured responses as evidence for the user's question. Preserve exact
quantities and distinguish observed values from estimates, missing coverage,
stale data, and unknown information. Explain relevant limitations when
presenting a conclusion. An empty or missing section is not proof that the user
owns nothing.

An authentication rejection means the connection cannot currently be used. Ask
the user to check it in Iccha and connect again if needed. An account
restriction needs the user's attention in Iccha. A service failure means the
data is unavailable for that request; do not substitute invented balances or
values.
